Hourly / Pay as you go Model
You can use outsourcing services as and when required without any commitment number of hours or volume of work. Billed at the end of the month. Direct communication with a dedicated staff member. Billed at the end of the month.
Dedicated Team Model/FTE
Get a dedicated team or dedicated member of an accountant to work for your assignments only. Here you can manage FTE directly and deliver the work and can connect via conference. Direct communication with a dedicated staff member.
Fix Price Agreement
This model helps the organisation to forecast their cost in advance. There will be no surprises in your monthly charges. We will provide quotation for the job at the request of client. We will allocate experienced staff from our team to complete the job. After observing the work of staff we will submit the job within given time limit.
How I Communicate and upload completed work?
As soon as I get documents from you, I will give you approx. deadline of work completion.
I will complete the work and send you the reports and backup files. I will upload all files in cloud’s specified folder.
I will also drop you an email of work completion.
Our responsibility after delivering work to you
I can make any changes without any charges if there any mistakes/error in our works. I can also amend work if final accounts or your client need to make any changes.
I will use same methods of bookkeeping, management account and final accounts which are used by you.
I also keep watch on monthly bank reconciliation, credit and debtor’s control, PAYE control, and VAT control.
